WARRANTY
We full comply to the consumer regulations act Of the United Kingdom.
You may return any goods supplied by us for any reason within 14 days of receipt ( provided the goods are unused and in original packaging). All faulty items will be tested upon return ( items broken in transit must be proven by submitting a photograph to us) the shipping cost for returning unwanted or purchased by mistake items must be covered by the purchaser and this is not refundable.
The cost of returning faulty items will be refunded to you (up to a max of £2.99) once item has been received inspected and tested.
Before you return an item you must contact us first to obtain authorization,we will issue you with an RMA number. We cannot accept returned items without a valid RMA number.
We would advise you retain a receipt of postage incase the item goes missing in the postal system.
