SHIPPING & RETURNS

Goods are normally dispatched within 24/48 hours. Carriage Charges are based on each individual item, the delivery charge will be shown once you select Buy Now.

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them for a full refund for any reason ( as long as they are in there original packaging and in unused condition). WE ONLY SHIP TO UK MAINLAND

We fully comply with the consumer regulations act of the United Kingdom.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days by Royal Mail, unless your item is too heavy and we would then use a courier service. ( please allow 1- 5 days delivery, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, your delivery is subject to how reliable your postal service is in your area, Lost items can only be claimed after 15 days of dispatch). WE ONLY SHIP TO UK MAINLAND 

Returns Policy
We fully comply to the consumer contract regulations act Of the United Kingdom. 
You may return any goods supplied by us for any reason within 14 days of receipt ( provided the goods are unused and in original packaging). All faulty items will be tested upon return ( items broken in transit must be proven by submitting a photograph to us) the shipping cost for returning unwanted or purchased by mistake items must be covered by the purchaser and this is not refundable.

The cost of returning faulty items will be refunded to you (up to a max of £2.99) once item has been received inspected and tested.
Before you return an item you must contact us first to obtain authorisation,we will issue you with an RMA number (Please note RMA number is only valid for 14 days after being issued). We cannot accept returned items without a valid RMA number.
We would advise you retain a receipt of postage incase the item goes missing in the postal system.

Warranty

IMPORTANT: ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE BY USING OUR CONTACT FORM HERE
Warranty claims can only be accepted with proof of purchase, claims without proof of purchase will be rejected.

Lamp(s) must be returned to us with a valid RMA number

Please contact us by email before you make a warranty claim as we cannot accept warranty returns without a valid RMA number.

Regret the cost of return shipping must be covered by the sender and is not refundable.

If item is found to not be faulty after testing and you would like the item back, then you will be invoiced a small fee to cover the cost of postage and packaging.

When making a warranty claim it is important that you give us as much information as possible as to the reason for the claim.

Please advise the following details.

  • Type of switch used with

  • Where the lamp was used ie, room

  • What kind of fitting the lamp was used in

  • Where the lamp was stored prior to use

  • How long it has been used for

Also we do not accept warranty claims for our products that are not made by the original purchaser, ie warranty claims for any of our products that were already in place at a location or purchased by a third party and without proof of purchase will be rejected.

Warranty Period: Begins on date of purchase and is not reset on receipt of a replacement 

This does not effect your statutory rights.

This warranty is valid to the consumer only and not where our product has been purchased as a business to business transaction.

For B2B rights you need to seek advice from the place of purchase.
